Shipping Details
Process time:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 0–3 business days after placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Fees and Timing:
We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
Most packages are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days under normal conditions, although occasional delays may occur due to external circumstances.
Tracking Order Status:
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a second email once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your package within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@bohostraps.com with your name and order number.
Return Policy
We want you to love your order.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. All items must then be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that the original shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing, inspection, and handling costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and review your request.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the item is received and your return is being processed.
A follow-up email will be sent to let you know whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it.
Please email us at support@bohostraps.com within 3 days of delivery, including a photo clearly showing the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Final Sale Items
